A complete joke of a process. My experience was very similar to many of the other frustrated folks on here. Had initial call then they wanted me to do the online tests. Spent 3-4 hours of my time then didn't hear anything for almost a month. Finally after numerous attempts and getting aggressive found some key HR people on zoom info and called them directly calling their shady practice to the carpet. At this point I didn't care and wouldn't have taken the job anyways. Like an hour after that received the generic we are gonna pass email. Take a look at some of the questions below....they have absolutely NOTHING to do with being successful in the role. My advice would be to others that are on the fence and leary with a bad gut feel of this place and something isn't right is to take the tests. That's right take the tests and do them in about 5 minutes...just hit click, click, click as fast as you can. Hopefully these tests cost them big money to administer and they get a dose of their own medicine. My time is money too, and they didn't care about me whatsoever or what I gave up instead to do their tests. Good luck Baires Dev...you are a complete clown show.

Two weeks ago you took some online tests applying for a position in a company that interviews thousands of candidates per year. You've sent an email asking about the state of your application and nobody has replied yet. What would you do? You're at a party and its getting late. People are starting to leave and the host seems tired. He is checking his watch and starting to clean up. You're still having fun though. What would you do?

Do I have a preference on being an IC or in a leader role?
Leonardo was very kind and informative. He put me at ease during the process. I have not had assessments as part of the initial interview process before. Overall I found the meeting fun look forward to the next steps!
