The process was smooth and well-structured, with clear and friendly steps from the moment I scheduled the interview and completed the assessments. However, I noticed that 'customer experience' was not listed among the key skills to prioritize.

Overall great experience, the first initial call isn't focused in a particular job position. It focus in your professional background to later on identify what open position would be a best fit for you. Everyone in the company works remotely, which is great to hear. We covered the basics (professional history, language test and goals) quite quickly and it didn't feel disengaged like in most interviews.
