Answered a craigslit ad and the owner emailed me and asked me to come in for an interview at 2pm the following day. When I arrived two other candidates were also at the interview. The business owner seemed surprised. "Oh, you're all here," she said. The "interview" lasted only 10 minutes. No one took their coats off. The owner showed us around the kitchen, asked for our resumes and asked if we had any questions. After the interview, I spoke with the other candidates and it turns out she asked all of us to arrive at 2pm.
