two interviews, one phone screen, one with manager. Formal, but not super hard. Phone screen was simple and just talked about job role. Last interview was on teams. Teams interview was with lab manager.

Applied online, got an interview call from HR. Was offered an in-person interview, less than a week following the call from the HR at their site in New Hampton, NY. The in-person was inside a conference of the office, no tour and was with a Senior Engineer.
