It went well, other than the recruiter called very late on a Friday evening. The background process is very lengthy, however, I am sure it is for a great reason. The process took 3 weeks total.

It was very easy. Applied, had a phone interview, then invited for an in person interview. I got a few emails welcoming me to Bank OZK. Waiting on background check email and a few other things from them. I was told I should be able to start in 2 weeks.
