Long. After applying I was sent an exam which had quantitative questions, after was invited to a 'digital interview'. There were two coding challenges which took an hour, followed by 8 timed math/critical reading questions, followed by use case scenario questions which were submitted by video, followed by 1-2 personality questions. It was ridiculously long (at least 2-3 hours of my time), unpleasant, and as I read on here before, by the end I did not even want to work for Barclays anymore. It was incredibly impersonal and I felt cheapened, like a digital interview submitting video responses to no one is something a big bank WOULD do. Its been 4-5 weeks and I have not heard a peep back either.

It was pretty easy and good. Interviewers were pretty helpful too. The questions were straightforward, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience effectively. Overall, it was a positive experience that boosted my confidence for future interviews.
