Professional. Done using competency based interviewing = 'I' did this not 'we' did this. Use STAR principles (and go easy on the 'S'). Senior level is a broad church, sometimes better to impress at non-senior level and get promoted as less pressure in new environment. Hiring process can go quickly or very slowly
