Q Describe a situation in which you faced challenges where Senior leaders in your team were not onboard with your proposed solution? Explain what actions you took and how you managed to ensure successful outcome?
Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
