It was a three part interview process. I was made aware of the format via email beforehand. 1. 30 Mins:Working with values and extracting/calculating a result based off of the data. 2. 30 Mins: A system design whiteboarding session. 3.15 mins: Behavioural/product related questions, including questions about motivators and values.
