As per my understanding I tried to give all answers. But all vein. People at TIAA seems fools. Person did not asked SQL questions and gave feedback that the SQL knowledge was not appropriate. My humble request to TIAA recruiters. If you want employees then provide feedback on what you asked. Don't be a dumb and tell anything as a feedback.
