Got called to do an interview. Went in, turned out to be a group interview. Asked us what a legendary shopping experience means to us. Asked general questions. Asked us what the difference is between servicing and selling. Asked us to name a time we had to handle a customer complaint and what we did.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Entrevista
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entrevista
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
