This turned out to be a group interview, which I did not like. I understand why certain companies do group interviews to an extent but, it was ridiculous. I felt like I couldnt give my own answer because someone else had already used the response I had in mind to give and felt that it was just a pointless process. We all had the same answers and struggled to find our own way to expound on an answer that someone else had already conveyed in their response, like a competition to see who can add more to their answer to make it sound more professional or descriptive. I dont mind competition in the hiring process, just not in the only interview that they conduct. It seemed like, in the end, it was just about who ended with the best response and not who was most qualified.
