The interview process was fairly easy and entry level questions. Was asked to demonstrate examples of persuasion to meet sales goals. However the company was careless to hire a minor to work during part time season, and claimed they never realized despite being provided a social security card and Florida ID.

Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
