I had a total of five different interviews over the period of about a month and a half. In the first round I was interviewed by a VP of finance and two of the managers of the departments I could potentially work in. The second round was more personal with two mid level employees and focused a lot on myself as a person and goals. Finally, I was interviewed by the manager that I ended up working for. All were basic interviews with behavioral questions. Very interested in academic success and right "fit" for the department your applying for.
