Interview process is well described on their page and they stick with it. It starts with 15 minutes, multiple allowed answers quiz. Followed by 1h technical interview with their team lead. After that there is take home assignment that should be written in Django, which is a bit lengthy - couple of days work. Then there is the 1h review of the task together with CTO, Team Lead and 1 Engineer. Finally there is a 1h CEO interview with a bit typical HR questions. Interviewers are very friendly and positive, and you can also learn a lot from the interviews. Overall it is a bit lengthy process, but I guess because they are a small team. Take home assignment is also a bit lengthy.
