The interview process was quick and extremely helpful. I applied online and was contacted the next day. I was able to talk to someone over the phone and they explained the position a bit before coming in for the interview, so I was able to come prepared. I came in with a lot of questions and Benjamin Lopes was able to answer them all. I've had some managerial experience but I was mostly interested in growth opportunities. There is a total of three interviews, the fist was a one on one with the Director of Operations, Benjamin Lopes, he went over growth opportunities that are offered within the company. During the second interview they went more into detail as to what the job entails being a manager in training. The final interview was more of an evaluation and I was able to interact more with the team and get a feel of the work environment in the office. Overall, the process was quick and all my questions were answered.
