It was a phone interview. The hiring manager was very nice and asked me to introduce myself and why I applied the position. And she also asked me to describe my projects at school, with details especially the instruments I was using and the techniques. The interview went on well and I got the second round interview. (The second one is coming soon and I have not yet got an offer)

The interview process was very unprofessional. They didn't disclose the steps of the interview process. Just a round after another round. I had 6 rounds of interview in total, which took around 3 months. After the onsite interview, it took them another one month to give me the feedbacks.
