Biggest issue is Recruitment Policy. They reject candidates if you fail Hackerrank - no reasons accepted.
First test shared was React for 15 min. HR did not know what to schedule for my position
I asked them it should be Python and 15 mins too less. So they sent me Python with 90 mins and 6 questions - 3 coding and 3-multiple choice.
Since I did not have experience in Hackerrank, took some time to get used to it. Too many questions, timed-out.
Your entire career was judged on Hackerrank silly test. This reflects they have no knowledge, leadership is poor, HR drives the recruitment it seems,. Simple robotic body shopping.
I showed them 5* in Hackerrank after I took hackerrank challenge, but no response, no second chance.
They want to keep your employment confidential as well under NDA. This means you cannot show your employment in CV.
