30 min recruiter phone call, followed by 30 mins on Zoom with the Field Engineer Manager, then an hour with their manager. After that recruiter went over benefits and work culture with me in another call and things looked to be progressing, but the CEO was out of the country and they had to wait for them to return to make the final decision. I kept in touch after that, but then the holidays happened and when I reached out again afterwards, the recruiter had gone on leave without any warning. Their colleague covering for them never ended up updating me as promised and I took a position elsewhere.
