Before the video interview they asked me to complete a task, which, was sourcing on a technical skill set.

I had never sourced before so I did the best I could and delivered my findings in the video interview but they didn't have a way to grade it so they didn't know if I was able to identify the skill set or not. They said the task was more so for me to see what the day to day would look like.
