I was asked about a variety of skills that involved my ability to sell merchandise. I was also asked a variety of questions on how I would respond in certain type of situations. The interview process was grilling, yet necessary to ensure the company had a great associate...just being honest. It was your every day type of interview.

The interview questions were very easy and the manager was very kind.
It took only 30 minutes from the start to finish and I was hired on the spot. My experience was pleasant and the process was smooth.

You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
