The manager called me in for an interview. While there he asked me about typical questions in an interview (tell me about your past job experience, how would you deal with certain situations) , but he wasn't malignant or anything. Very respectful and unintimidating.

How did you identify and handle the worst situation at your previous employer?
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
