It was one on one with the cosmetic sales manager. Some other interviews are harder, putting make up on the manager, etc. I just had a interview with her. Stress that you want personal sales. Stress that you LOVE getting people to apply for credit cards and would have no problem with it. They do not care about creativity or love for make up. Just credit cards and sales experience. If you have none say that you are looking to land a job in it.

I applied online and immediately heard back from one store, and was then recommended to another. Between the talent plus interview and phone interviews with different managers, the process took quite some time but I was offered it in the end.

Interviewed with Store Management and then cosmetic management. Had to display selling ability to cosmetic management. Was offered job at counter, then 2 months later promoted to counter manager after taking cosmetic line assessment test.

Entrevista
I was already working for he company when I was approached to take the counter manager position. I was approached informally a few times by the store manager and the department manager. Once I communicated interest I was set up for a phone interview with the account coordinator and received an offer the next day.
