1. Invio candidatura online 2. Invito a completare 2 set di test (tipo domande di logica, comprensione e matematica) 3. Invito a fare una teams con HR 4. Colloquio in presenza con Head of HR 5. Colloquio in presenza con Head of Operation E' una procedura che prende molto tempo, ma alla fine non saprei dire su cosa si venga effettivamente valutati. Non mi hanno preso dicendo come motivazione che altri candidati sarebbero stati più felici di me nel ricoprire quel ruolo...

Le solite domande tipiche da colloquio con HR. Come ti vedi tra 5 anni? Parlami di te...
After passing the screening stage (CV and Cover Letter), I was invited to do a serie of online tests: attitudinal test, personality test, data analysis and text comprehension, working style, ecc.) . Unfortunately I didn't make it to the personal interviews as my score on the attitudinal test was not great. I must say I didn't find the process too easy (first time I had to do test like that) and I thought that, at least for this kind of position, soft skills would be much more important than solving math problems in 30 seconds without any calculator. Anyway, I enjoyed the experience and I applaud the attention and cordiality of the recruitment team. The steps are clearly described and a recruiter gets in contact with you from the moment you pass the screening stage. Francesco, my recruiter, was very kind and available!
