After submitting my cv, I was invited to participate in multiple rounds of timed tasks ranging from logical text analysis to numerical problems, coding exercises and personal character and goal questions. In the second step I had 3 interviews. During the two behavioral interviews (1st and 3rd interview) we discussed my ambitions, goals and working style including some logical puzzles. The second interview focused on technical aspects including general knowledge and system design. Following the interviews I was asked to provide a list of 3 references, with whom they scheduled ~15min calls to interview them about my working style and performance. It took a total of 2 months spending ~12h on interviews/tasks to go from application to offer, completing tasks as soon as possible.
