After an initial screening they give you some tasks to complete. They are relatively easy, but even if you do well they will not give you an interview. This position is open all the year and I know other people who applies, did well and however did not get to proceed.

I passed the CV and cover letter screening. Then received an email invinting me to complete a task focused on logic and comprehension. Unfortunately, I did not pass and did not continue to the next phase.
