The process is in different steps: - First, there's an initial screening. - Next, you complete a series of timed tests — around seven logic-based and three personality assessments. - After that, there's a second round of testing (three additional tests), and during this phase, they also schedule a cognitive interview (which I did not pass). - Finally, there's the technical interview.

The interview process was very smooth, though a bit long. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly, and you could tell how excited they were about working at Bending Spoons - that was actually one for the reasons I accepted the offer.
