I was recruited through an agency. Benedictine had horrible communication with the agency. Every time I talked to the recruiter, she would tell me one thing and then have to come back with new information because Benedictine changed their mind on the next steps. Basically, they kept adding interview rounds after the fact instead of deciding that in advance. Most of the interviews were virtual, but there was an in-person meeting with the SVP.
