Don't waste your time and efforts here. I cleared the first 2 rounds (assignment and an interview round with the manager) after that I was told that my performance was excellent in both the rounds and I just had 3rd round left that was an interview with Puja Gupta. She took my interview for barely 5 mins and didn't ask me any relevant questions; the next day I got a mail from the company that they can't move ahead with my candidature since they don't think that I have relevant skill sets. In 5 mins conversation, what skills sets did she judge me on? Why was I selected in the first 2 rounds that included an detailed project and a 30mins interview with the manager who really appreciated my work. This clearly represents the toxic work culture of this company where the owners are full of themselves.
