I applied online and took the personality test. You want to make sure that you "Strongly Agree" or "Strongly Disagree" on these questions (or at least the majority of them.) I got a call two days later for a phone interview, the HR will ask you simple questions that you should be able to answer if you have some Customer Service experience and common sense. You have to ask them questions as well. Once the phone interview is over, you should be asked to a second interview on the spot. I would watch out for anything like "We'll call you back." The second interview was about five days later with the manager of the department. You don't have to wear a suit but wear a nice shirt with a tie. There may be another guy with the manager, you'll want give them both equal attention. The questions are like "What is a time where you were successful at something." Answer their questions the best you can and make sure to ask them questions as well (even if they don't ask "Do you have any questions for me/us?".) I did not get a third interview offer on the spot. I was called in for the third interview. The third interview was a week and a half later and should be similar to the second interview but with the GM. The questions will be like "What would you do if you saw a customer/employee stealing." Please make sure to ask questions, I know I keep repeating this but it's important that you ask questions. If everything goes well, you should get the job on the spot and he will tell you the wages. You will take a drug test, once you pass, you should get a call from the HR that everything went well.
