Very quick and easy, just a behavioral interview to learn more about the applicant. It is basically a customer service role to introduce you to IT practices. I was asked about hobbies and other problem solving skills.

Very simple interview questions. name a time where you had a difficult customer. General questions about your background and why you want to join. I met with the geek squad manager and then they moved me on to the general manager on a different day.

Entrevista
The Sales Manager asked all the typical questions and with that out of the way, we had a good conversation that had really made me feel that this was a good place to work.

The interview went well, the managers made me feel extremely welcome and provided great hospitality. I look forward to working there. Everyone was on time and very professional while remaining friendly as well.
