i screened for a phone interview with bestica for a user experience design position. i was asked some very basic behavioral questions and nothing specific about my projects. The tone was very friendly and forthcoming. The questions asked were basically around what i did for each project, what value i brought to the client, how did i resolve conflicts, what would be my strengths and weaknesses, what is my salary expectation. its been weeks and i have not heard from them so I am assuming that i have been declined
