After 4+ rounds of interviews with multiple members of the team, they will really make you think you have the job. They may offer you a test project, but I've heard some people haven't even gotten paid for this real project that BT is being paid by their clients to produce. They will string you along, hype you up for some reason, and ultimately never make you an offer. They will give excuse after excuse and ghost you in the end. Do not waste your time with this company, they will surely waste yours.
