The interview process was organized and streamlined. The first interview was a telephone interview. The person I interviewed with was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I was then brought in for an in-person interview. I had to complete a online personality test and complete packet of paperwork prior to the interview. The in-person interview started with a meeting with the HR person who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave an overview of the company, benefits and what to expect during the process. I then met with two managers who did the job interview. They asked good questions and made me feel comfortable. I did not get the position, but overall the process was good.
