Casual chat, explains work environment and hours, trial shift, explain the availability and explain about different events that we have. Very easy going and friendly, not too formal, usually mid week with one of the managers

it was quite interesting as much of the team was students or around student age so it was refreshing to get to know people in a similar position to myself
