Multiple 1 hour interviews. Most of the interview process seemed to be being written as I progressed through the funnel. While doing a lot of the technical screening, I would ask questions and the interviewers would say this is the first time they've done this interview. After progressing through the process and getting feedback along the way from the recruiter that things were going great, I was told they chose not to go forward with an offer.
