The interview I had was with the hiring manager. They were easy going and transparent. The job requires a unique blend of skills, abilities and experience, all at a high level. There wasn't a coding portion of the interview but I ma have not made it that far. Unfortunately, I did not have enough to get an offer but the manager will forever have an impact on me. The interview was set for an hour. About 20 minutes or so in we knew it wasn't going to be a fit but they were willing to use the remaining time to correct a question I got wrong and answer any DevSecOps questions I had. I learned a great deal from this interview and I appreciated the time they took to give me advice and teach me things that will help me land a job.
