The procedure was drawn-out and chaotic. The recruiter that called me was not at all engaging; it seemed as though she detested her job from the way she spoke and gave me the details during our initial discussion. I was asked about my availability and given a schedule for 6-7 interviews with various company employees. Finally, I learned that the recruiter I had spoken to earlier was not available, so I was connected with another recruiter. She was eh, and it was clear that she didn't like her job either. They received my resume, which stated very clearly that I had no technical (coding) background; however, in each interview they ignored it and gave me positive feedback; eventually, the eh recruiter called me at the end of the week and said, "They are looking for someone who has the technical background already." I was furious because they put me through such a lengthy process knowing full well that I would not be hired.
