The process took one month and the team members are quite nice. The only issue is the recruiter - she tends to spend very long time to respond with even a single line. No idea about the local policies and benefits. And sometimes could be aggressive and not polished in conversations which makes me feel a little bit uncomfortable. I would suggest you at least train your employees if they’re also hiring for HRs.
