I applied online and about a week and a half later I was contacted to schedule an interview. Although I filled out all the forms about my experience and background it didn't seem as though that was passed in to my interviewers in advance of me meeting them because they spent a lot of time explaining techniques that I describe myself as familiar with in my resume and in the materials I provided to HR. Once I gave them a copy of my resume we were able to have a more in depth discussion about my experience and how it would relate to the position I was interviewing for. Very few behavioral questions were asked which I thought was surprising. After the interview we took a tour of the facility.
