It was a telephonic interview and was direct with the manager in the QA department I am supposed to work with and asked basic questions from core chemical engineering subjects.

It was bit smooth, easy going, no multiple rounds of interviews from technical and HR front. Simple straight forward process. They have dedicated teams for arranging interviews, pre- boarding, on-boarding etc.
