Bizy is a very small early-stage startup with a really talented team. I had 3 interviews (1 phone, 2 in person) before I was given an offer. The interviews were relaxed and allowed me to get a good sense of the workplace culture and work-life balance. We went through my portfolio and some quick design challenges to get a sense of my work and leadership style. It wasn't quite the right for me right now but I couldn't recommend Bizy highly enough.
