Entrevista
First did the online cover letter. This is a recorded video cover letter. A week and a half later, I was called into their New York Office. The Campus Recruiting team is very good about making the process as efficient and short as possible. Went for an interview in their new York office. Very conversational and more behavioral. The first day was more so conversational. The second Day was a normal super day. They were very great. Some technical questions but overall a great experience.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Entrevista
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
