Two rounds of interviews. The whole process takes about 3 weeks.
Pros:
No stupid brain teaser questions asked by many investment banks/tranding firms. No tricky questions. Very relaxed interviews. The interviewers are quite nice.
Con: none.
submitted the resume and cover letter. Got response one week later. Arranged the phone interviews. Spoke with four interviewers and spent 30 minutes each person. After one week, second round interviews

It was smooth, but as a huge company they are super slow. I already took an offer before they contacted me after the interview one month later. I contacted them before I accept the other offer and they did nothing about it to expedite the process.
