Final Step - Assessment Centre (superday); again 2 half hour interviews with different people at BR (more skills and based and technical this time) followed by a problem solving exercise (fairly easy as compared to the online tests) and finally, a group exercise in which you have to collaborate with your fellow interviewees and present a case. Overall, it’s a great experience. The interviewers are determined to make you feel comfortable.
