Interview process started well beginning with a pre -interview screening with HR. After the pre-interview, I had a Webex meeting with two individuals on the client experience team. The interview went well, however there was some red flags when the individuals could not answer basic questions like why they liked working at BlackRock in Atlanta... After the interview, HR failed to provided an update on my status after my interview. I'm very glad I'm not moving forward with this organization. If they treat people like this who take time out of their busy schedule to complete an interview, theirs no telling how they treat there employees....
