3 Questions- 3 minutes per question and 30 seconds to prepare Video interview and each question came up and you had 30 seconds in between to prepare Have not heard yet what the outcome is and complete the assessment one week ago I expected the questions to be more role/company specific so prepare for that

I applied in November 2018. The application process was quick and simple. After submitting the online application, you are invited to complete a video-based interview via Hireview. BlackRock asks only 2 questions which are both standard and typical question that every firm asks. In my opinion, it was easy. However, BlackRock NEVER got back to me and its February 2019.
