Was asked to take part in an interview via HireVue- basically an interview conducted by a robot using canned questions while I recorded my responses. No opportunity to ask questions of my own regarding the position or organization. The result was an incredibly awkward experience that turned me off to the organization. No way to begin a relationship with any company. For an organization purporting to be a socially minded, people company, this was incredibly cold and impersonal. After this, I will not pursue any other opportunity that uses this system.
