Phone interview with the hiring manager. He only asked a few technical questions, mostly talked about the company and job. Followed up in 2 weeks with a company-paid trip to Dallas for a day of interviews with other technical people, and a presentation of my choice. Interviews were easy, not very technical. Company is very friendly and laid back, office very quiet, many people are in the field every day apparently. Offices are large, nicely appointed, very litte use of cubicles.
