One of the best interview processes I've ever had. I applied online and was contacted for a HackerRank assessment shortly after. After submitting the assessment, I was contacted by a recruiter the next day to set up a phone call. This was probably the only part of the interview process where there was a bit of a wait to hear back - I didn't hear back for 8-9 days but we got on the phone the next day after I heard back. Next step was the first round technical (standard easy-medium Leetcode question - 1 hour with an engineer) which happened 4 days after the phone call. After that, I was informed a few hours later that I'd moved on to the final round which was promptly scheduled for 3 days later. That round was 2 technicals back to back (2 hours total) and I was informed the next day that I'd been offered an internship. The engineers I interviewed with were great - we worked together on the problems and I really felt like they wanted me to succeed. They also gave great feedback and overall made the process feel less nerve-wracking. The recruiters were prompt with their communication and the process was very seamless and quick. The questions were fair - challenging but not impossible, and the engineers who interviewed me were helpful and collaborative. I would highly recommend!

During my first call with a recruiter, I was asked my compensation expectations. When I said I did not yet know what my target compensation was (I was just at the start of my job search), the conversation got heated. I ended up following up over email, and never heard back.

The process started with an email and phone call with their university recruiter, who then scheduled a technical interview with an engineer. They got back to me with the results a few days after. All in all, an excellent interview experience!
